Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in any field.
- A candidate with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or specialized training in hospital management will have an advantage.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector is required.
- Candidates with experience working in reputed hospitals will be given preference.
- Age Requirement:
- Minimum 45 years old.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate hospital operations, including Supply Chain Management, HR & Admin, Housekeeping, Customer Services, and other support services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of hospital policies and strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hospital operations.
- Manage hospital budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Report directly to senior management, keeping them informed of all major hospital developments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, authorities, and clients to enhance hospital services.
- Supervise staff across non-clinical areas, ensuring the highest quality of services.
- Ensure all hospital documentation and licenses are up to date and in compliance with government regulations.
