Key Responsibilities:
- The Main responsibility of this Supply Chain Manager is to ensure efficient procurement, inventory, and logistics for Café Amazon Bangladesh, supporting all café locations.
- Source materials cost-effectively.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance.
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Conduct audits and forecast demand.
- Manage the transportation and logistics operations,
- Ensure timely delivery and manage third-party logistics.
- Streamline ordering and ensure a steady supply.
- Reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Provide regular performance updates and manage disruptions.
Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field; SCM certification preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years in supply chain, ideally in food & beverage.
- Procurement, inventory, and logistics expertise.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in supply chain software.
- English Speaking Skills.
- Café/restaurant experience is a plus.
