Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Science or a related field

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a hospital, hotel, or resort environment
Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

Age: 26 to 35 years
Strong communication, hardware, and networking skills
Experience with system setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
Oversee daily computer system performance and user support
Set up systems for employee use, ensuring proper installation of operating systems and software
Maintain records of system issues, installations, and daily transactions
Diagnose and resolve technical problems through consultations and computer diagnostics
Train users on the correct use of hardware and software
Refer major issues to vendors or technicians for service
Conduct system evaluations, recommend upgrades, and implement customizations for internal needs
